As the writing of our theses draws closer / is already in progress, it seems sensible to clarify a few common terms from the MoSi world that we will all need at some point or another. Terms and concepts like "formalism", "model", "experiment", "simulation", "modeling language", "syntax & semantics", etc. will be in the center of our discussion.
Homework: Please prepare a list of the MoSi terms that you need to be clarified and bring a text book definition or your very own definition of them. (2 Powerpoint slides per person at the max)
