In a beautiful maritime atmosphere provided by the conference hotel "Neptun" around 100 scientists from 13 countries (USA, Canada, Japan, New Zeeland, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria) came together to present and to discuss the most recent advances in developing and applying computational methods in systems biology. Four papers of students of the research training school dIEM oSiRiS were selected for oral presentation and to be included in the cmsb proceedings by an international program committee.
